Before I start this post, I want to talk to you about the "follow by email" feature on the right hand side. It has come to my attention that for some reason, blogger thinks that the name of my blog is "great health for dummies", and I don't know why. I have taken some steps to try and fix that, but I think that my follower list got deleted. 1) Heart attacks
2) High blood pressure
3) Headaches
4) Cancer
5) Insomnia
Basically, living in a stressed state is a recipe for disaster and it will drastically shorten your life! It's a bold statement, but I think that a lot of you truly needed to hear that.
